Collection cataloguing
A meticulous register of wines, producers, vintages, quantities, formats and condition observations. Your collection, clearly documented and easily searchable.
PRIVATE COLLECTIONS, THOUGHTFULLY CURATED
Every bottle accounted for. Every vintage appreciated. We bring order, understanding and enjoyment to private wine collections through meticulous in-home cellar management.
Discuss your collection01 / THE PHILOSOPHY
Great collections grow over years, but even the most exceptional bottles can become difficult to locate, assess and enjoy. Vintages are forgotten, racks lose their order and drinking opportunities slip by.
Taylor Cellars creates a complete picture of what you own, where it is stored and when to enjoy it. We pair careful physical organisation with detailed digital records and tailored advice.

THE CELLAR ATLAS
Racks arranged by colour and region, then producer and vintage. Select a position to see its contents.
Schematic rack illustration, not an architectural plan. Actual cellars are mapped to their physical dimensions.
THE DRINKING REPORT
Priorities reflect wines approaching or beyond the end of their estimated drinking window, not simply their age.
An exceeded drinking window is a prompt for review, not proof that a bottle is spoiled. Actual advice depends on vintage, producer, storage and bottle condition.
Every example here uses fictional collection details and illustrative values and drinking windows. Your own report would be researched, checked and tailored to your bottles.

The approach is straightforward: listen carefully, handle every collection with respect and create a cellar that is easier to understand and more rewarding to enjoy.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Every collection and brief is different. Your quotation is based on the approximate size of your cellar, the services you require, the complexity of the collection and the level of research involved.
Only if you would like us to. We agree the organisation method with you in advance and handle bottles carefully. Collections may be arranged by colour, region, producer and vintage while respecting existing cases and fragile wines.
Depending on the agreed scope, you can receive an editable digital inventory, a cellar location map, drinking-window priorities, indicative market value information and a personal handover.
We can research indicative market estimates for collection-management purposes. Formal insurance, probate or sale valuations may require a separate qualified specialist.
We can discuss collection development and introductions to wine merchants, with any sale of alcohol handled by appropriately authorised sellers and any referral arrangements disclosed.
